Where does $ from store purchases go to?


Monies made from store are used for scholarships, donations to fight cancer, firefighter families that have been injured or died, the Honor Gaurd, the Clowns and many, many DFD community events. Without our members and you to purchase our official Detroit gear we wouldn't be able to do all we do!




How much is Shipping and Handling for out of country orders?


After you purchase your items we will contact you and let you know what S/H is. If you choose to continue with the order we will bill you that amount. If you choose not to continue order we will just cancel it for you.




Why is my order taking so long?


If we do not have the item in store, we order it from outside printers. It can take minimum of 1-4 weeks at least. As soon as we recieve the out of stock item, we will ship it out with the rest of your order.




Is store open during Covid-19 pandemic?


The store is NOT open to foot traffic until Governor gives us the go ahead. You can still order on line and have it delivered or picked up. The USPS is very behind in delivering so extra patience may be needed. If you choose "store pick up" we will call you when we are in office to schedule your curbside pick up. Call and leave us a message if you need more information. ***The office is continueing the day to day buisness for our members, injured and passed firefighters.** 5/26/2020
